DULCE BROWS POLICY !

-NO GUESTS: Please do not bring guests with you to your appointment because they can often times be distracting to our artists. In order to give our clients the best brows possible we must be able to have our full attention on them!

CANCELLATION POLICY
Any appointments cancelled within one week of appointment date will forfeit their deposit and will not be able to transfer deposit to a later date. Same day cancellations will be charged for the price of the FULL SERVICE. Please understand that our artist are very busy and would like to take as many clients as possible. We have set aside time for your appointment and without proper notice we will not be able to find a replacement for your appointment time.


RESCHEDULING POLICY
Rescheduling appointments will be possible if artist is given a one week notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Due to limited appointment availability we may not be able to reschedule your appointment until a much later date. Promotional rates may change if you reschedule your appointment to a later date. If you are rescheduling your TOUCH UP the rates will change depending on what time frame you schedule your new appointment (use price lists as reference). If you are rescheduling within one week of your appointment date you will forfeit your deposit and will not be able to transfer deposit to a later date. A new deposit will need to be made when rescheduling a future appointment

-LATE POLICY: Appointments will be CANCELLED and no refunds will be given if the client is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment. Artist take multiple clients a day and need the full amount of time for each appointment. You may schedule a new appointment but will need to place another deposit.


DEPOSITS
When booking your appointment your will be asked to place a deposit for your service. This deposit will be applied to your total fee that is due the same day of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:
-No coffee or other stimulants
-No Alcohol or other blood thinners
-No Retin A skincare products
-If you have any questions concerning medical conditions please consult your doctor before scheduling your appointment and bring a doctors note to your appointment.

DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT IF:
-You are under the age of 18
-You are pregnant or nursing
-You are taking blood thinning medications
-You have viral infections or diseases
-You are diabetic
-You are undergoing chemotherapy
OMBRÉ BROWS W/@DULCEBROWS - $290
Ombre Brows is a semi permanent makeup procedure that uses a machine to create soft shading in the front of the brows and more definition towards mid and tail of the brow creating that beautiful brow pencil, brow powder, brow pomade makeup look.

MICROSHADING W/@DULCEBROWS - $290
MICROSHADING (Powder Ombré + Microblading combo) is a semi permanent makeup procedure that fuses Microblading and Shading. We add Microblading as natural hair like strokes in the front and mid of the brow combined with shading for a more defined look. Get the best of both worlds!

$50 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT, THE REST OF THE PAYMENT WILL DUE IN CASH OR CREDIT ON THE APPOINTMENT DAY .

CORRECTION BROWS W/@DULCEBROWS - $395
FOR CLIENTS WITH PREVIOUS BROW WORK:
- Please send photos of your bare brows (in several different lightings and angles) prior to your appointment.
- Those with previous brow work will require a color correction/cover up service (+$100)
- Those with previous brow work may need more than one touch up to achieve desired results.

Only clients who’ve had their brows initially done by Dulce can book a touch up with her.
If you’ve had your brows done elsewhere, you may not schedule a touch up. First time clients are charged at full price. Only for clients before 1year mark.

LIP BLUSH W/@DULCEBROWS - $220
This is a semi-permanent treatment that enhances the natural shape of your lips, giving them that boost of vitality, symmetry and color.
